Cap Index

The Cap Index Corporate Office was envisioned as a modern, collaborative workplace that reflects the company’s dynamic approach to financial and trading services. The design focuses on creating an environment that encourages productivity, teamwork, and strategic thinking while maintaining a strong corporate identity.

The project aimed to balance professionalism with creativity by introducing open collaborative areas, flexible workspaces, and biophilic design elements. The result is a workspace that supports both focused work and active interaction among teams.

Design Concept

The design concept centers around contemporary corporate minimalism with biophilic integration. Clean architectural lines, natural textures, and greenery are combined to create a workspace that feels calm yet energetic.

A central indoor tree feature and integrated planter elements bring nature into the workplace, creating a refreshing atmosphere within the office. This biophilic approach improves employee well-being while also enhancing the visual identity of the space.

The interiors combine modern materials, neutral tones, and accent colors to create a balanced corporate environment that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.

Reception & Arrival Experience

The reception area sets the tone for the entire office. A sculptural reception desk with integrated planter seating becomes the focal point of the entrance space.

Soft lighting and curved architectural elements create a welcoming and contemporary ambiance for visitors and clients. The reception zone is designed not only as an entry point but also as a space where guests can comfortably wait and experience the company’s brand identity.

Adjacent seating areas with modern lounge furniture provide additional comfort while maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Central Collaboration Atrium

One of the most distinctive features of the Cap Index office is the central atrium workspace, designed as a collaborative hub. A skylight above allows natural light to enter the space, while a central indoor tree enhances the sense of openness and connection with nature.

Surrounding this central zone are informal seating areas and flexible work tables where employees can collaborate, brainstorm, or hold quick meetings. The warm wooden flooring and natural greenery create a relaxed yet productive environment.

This space acts as the heart of the office, encouraging spontaneous interactions and teamwork.

Open Workstation Zones

The main workstation areas are organized in a structured yet open layout. Linear desk arrangements allow teams to work efficiently while maintaining visual connectivity across the workspace.

Ergonomic chairs, modern desk systems, and integrated lighting ensure comfort during extended working hours. Acoustic treatments and thoughtful spacing help maintain a quiet and focused working environment despite the open layout.

The exposed ceiling with modern linear lighting enhances the contemporary industrial aesthetic of the workspace.

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Multiple meeting rooms are incorporated within the office to support team discussions, strategy sessions, and client presentations.

These rooms feature minimalist interiors with modern furniture and acoustic treatments to ensure clear communication. Glass partitions maintain transparency while also allowing natural light to flow through the space.

The meeting rooms balance privacy with openness, aligning with the overall design language of the office.

Informal Interaction Spaces

In addition to formal workstations, the office integrates several breakout areas designed for informal discussions and relaxation.

Soft seating lounges, small café-style tables, and green seating niches create comfortable spaces where employees can take short breaks or engage in quick conversations.

These interaction zones help promote collaboration and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
