Berachah by Sony Bakery is envisioned as a contemporary bakery–café that blends artisanal warmth with refined minimalism. The design creates a premium yet welcoming retail and dining experience, celebrating the brand’s heritage while appealing to modern urban customers.

Design Intent

The core intent is to design a space that feels calm, crafted, and timeless, allowing the bakery products to remain the hero. The interior balances retail efficiency with relaxed café seating, encouraging both quick purchases and longer stays.

Concept & Spatial Planning

• Central Island Counters act as focal points, improving circulation and maximizing product visibility from all angles.

• Clear zoning between retail display, service counter, and café seating ensures smooth customer flow.

• A strong brand wall near the entrance reinforces identity and creates a memorable first impression.

• Café seating is arranged along the periphery to maintain openness while offering comfortable dining zones.
