Berachah

Deccamor Bake House is envisioned as a warm, contemporary bakery café that transforms everyday bakery visits into a calm and refined experience. The design aims to balance artisanal authenticity with modern elegance—creating a space that feels welcoming, memorable, and premium while encouraging customers to linger, explore, and return.

Design Concept

The core concept is soft contemporary minimalism with artisanal warmth. Organic arches, muted earthy tones, and natural materials form a soothing backdrop that highlights baked goods as the hero. The space blends European bakery charm with modern retail clarity, ensuring visual warmth without clutter.

Spatial Planning & Zoning

Arrival & Visual Threshold:
The storefront opens into a clear, inviting retail zone with direct visual connection to the display counter and central island. Full-height glazing enhances transparency and draws attention to the warm interior from the exterior.

Display & Sales Counter:
The main counter functions as both a service point and a visual anchor. Integrated glass displays present fresh baked goods at eye level, while fluted detailing and soft lighting reinforce a handcrafted aesthetic. The back wall branding element provides subtle identity without overpowering the space.

Central Display Island:
A centrally placed island is used for packaged goods and specialty products. This zone encourages circulation, product discovery, and impulse purchases while maintaining a clear spatial flow.

Wall Display Zones:
Arched wall niches line the perimeter, showcasing packaged bakery items in a rhythmic, gallery-like arrangement. Integrated lighting within each arch enhances product visibility and reinforces architectural continuity.

Beverage & Support Counter:
A dedicated counter accommodates coffee machines, beverage service, and support functions. Positioned to the side, it allows smooth staff workflow without disrupting customer circulation.

Refrigerated Display Zone:
Vertical refrigerated units are strategically placed for grab-and-go beverages and desserts. Their placement ensures accessibility while maintaining visual balance within the retail layout.

Seating & Café Zone:
A small seating area with round tables and comfortable chairs is positioned near the glazing, allowing customers to dine in a relaxed, café-like setting. This zone adds experiential value without dominating the retail focus.

Circulation & Transition Spaces:
Clear and intuitive circulation paths guide customers effortlessly between displays, counters, and seating areas. Movement is fluid, supported by consistent flooring and ceiling lighting patterns.
