Luxmatra Corporate Office is envisioned as a contemporary workspace that balances professionalism, clarity, and visual warmth. The project aims to create a modern office environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and client interaction while reflecting the brand’s progressive and technology-driven identity.

The vision was to design a workspace that feels open, organized, and welcoming—where clean architectural lines, natural materials, and soft color tones create a calm yet dynamic working atmosphere.

Design Concept

The design concept revolves around modern minimalism with biophilic accents. The office interior integrates curved architectural forms, glass partitions, and subtle lighting elements to create a fluid and visually connected workspace.

A soft mint-green feature wall anchors the reception area, introducing a refreshing tone that represents growth and innovation. Neutral surfaces, natural wood textures, and integrated greenery balance the palette, creating a workspace that feels both professional and approachable.

Spatial Planning & Zoning

Arrival & Reception

The entry experience is defined by a curved mint-green feature wall carrying the Luxmatra branding. This architectural gesture softens the spatial flow while establishing a strong visual identity. A built-in waiting bench and indoor plants create a welcoming environment for visitors.

Open Workstation Area

The central workspace is organized around a large collaborative desk that encourages teamwork and interaction. The layout ensures efficient circulation while maintaining clear visual connections between departments.

Glass Meeting Rooms

Transparent glass partitions define meeting spaces while preserving openness within the office. Frosted graphic films provide privacy while maintaining light transmission and spatial continuity.

Private Cabins

Compact executive cabins are designed for focused work and client discussions. Neutral wall finishes, minimal furniture, and soft lighting create calm and professional environments.

Conference Room

The meeting room incorporates warm wooden wall paneling and clean-lined furniture, establishing a professional setting for presentations and team discussions. Integrated technology and lighting ensure functional efficiency.

Circulation Spaces
