- Qualification: B.Des / Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Software: SketchUp + D5 Render
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition in 3D rendering.
Architect
- Qualification: B.Arch
- Experience: 3–5 Years in Interior / Commercial Projects
- Software: Autocad / sketchup / D5 rendering / Revit
Studio Coordinator/Manager
- 5+ years in interior design or fit-out project management
- Commercial / office / retail project experience preferred
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
Sales Executive
- Qualification: Any Degree / BBA
- Experience: 3–3 Years Field Sales Experience
- Good communication skill
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
Commercial Manager
- Minumum 5 -7 years of experience required
Site Engineer
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior design principles, and finishing work.
- Must have experience in interior fit-out (2 years)
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 5+ years experience in commercial interior project execution
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, MEP coordination, and materials
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Estimation Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients and contractors.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
Interior Estimation: 2 years (Preferred)
