Group Meeran

The Meeran Corporate Office was envisioned as a contemporary workspace that promotes collaboration, comfort, and productivity while maintaining a refined corporate character. The objective of the design was to move away from conventional rigid office layouts and instead create a dynamic environment that encourages communication, flexibility, and employee well-being.

The office is designed as a modern collaborative workspace where informal interaction areas, meeting zones, and focused workspaces coexist seamlessly. The design approach focuses on creating an open, welcoming atmosphere with strong visual connections, natural light, and thoughtfully integrated greenery.

Design Concept

The core design concept revolves around collaborative workspace design with modern industrial aesthetics. By exposing the ceiling services and combining them with geometric lighting fixtures, the office achieves a contemporary and slightly industrial character while maintaining a warm and inviting ambience.

Soft neutral wall tones act as a calm background while colorful acoustic wall panels introduce visual energy into the space. Curved seating arrangements, rounded furniture forms, and integrated indoor plants soften the spatial experience and bring a human-centric quality to the office.

The design emphasizes informal collaboration, allowing employees to interact freely without being restricted to conventional workstations.

Spatial Planning & Zoning

Collaborative Lounge Area

The heart of the workspace is the central collaborative lounge. A curved sofa seating arrangement defines this zone, paired with a round meeting table that encourages informal discussions and teamwork.

This area functions as a casual meeting space, brainstorming zone, and relaxation corner, creating a flexible work environment that supports spontaneous interaction.

Open Work Zones

Workstations are arranged within glass-partitioned areas that maintain visual openness while ensuring acoustic control. The layout allows teams to work collaboratively while still maintaining a sense of organization within the workspace.

Meeting Rooms

Glass-enclosed meeting rooms provide dedicated spaces for discussions, presentations, and team meetings. Transparent partitions help maintain visual continuity throughout the office while allowing natural light to travel across spaces.

Focus Rooms

Compact work zones are created for smaller teams or individual tasks. These areas are designed with acoustic wall panels that improve sound control and create visually engaging backdrops.

Circulation Spaces

The office circulation is designed to be fluid and intuitive. Open walkways allow easy movement between collaborative zones, workstations, and meeting rooms while maintaining a sense of spatial clarity.
