The Unimoni Corporate Office was envisioned as a modern, high-performance workplace that reflects the brand’s global financial identity while supporting productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. The project aimed to create a contemporary office environment that balances corporate professionalism with a warm, people-focused workspace.

The design focuses on openness, transparency, and flexibility—creating a workspace where employees can work efficiently while maintaining visual connectivity and a strong sense of organizational identity.

Design Concept

The design concept revolves around modern corporate minimalism with warm accents. The workspace integrates open-plan workstations, transparent meeting spaces, and biophilic elements to create a balanced and dynamic work environment.

Exposed ceilings with bold orange services introduce a strong industrial character, while warm wood textures and soft neutral finishes maintain visual comfort. The use of glass partitions ensures openness and transparency while maintaining spatial organization.

Accent elements such as orange seating, acoustic textures, and integrated greenery reflect the brand’s energy while keeping the overall environment calm and professional.

Spatial Planning & Zoning

Reception & Arrival Lounge

The reception area creates a strong first impression through a central biophilic feature—a sculptural indoor tree positioned within a built-in planter seating element. This space functions as a welcoming lounge where visitors can wait comfortably while experiencing the brand identity.

The backdrop features brand communication elements and soft seating arrangements, creating a professional yet inviting arrival experience.

Open Workstation Zone

The main workspace is organized into linear workstation clusters that promote teamwork and efficiency. Clean-lined desks, ergonomic chairs, and acoustic partitions ensure both comfort and productivity.

Large windows along the workspace bring in natural daylight, creating a bright and energetic working environment.

Meeting Rooms & Collaboration Spaces

Glass-enclosed meeting rooms provide dedicated spaces for team discussions, presentations, and collaborative work. Frosted glass elements offer privacy while maintaining visual transparency throughout the office.

These rooms are designed with minimal interiors, ergonomic furniture, and integrated technology to support seamless communication.

Executive & Private Cabins

Executive cabins are positioned along the perimeter where natural light and city views enhance the workspace experience. These cabins maintain a clean and professional design language with warm material finishes and minimal décor.

The glass partitions maintain transparency while ensuring functional privacy.

Boardroom

The boardroom serves as the primary decision-making space within the office. A large central conference table is complemented by vibrant orange executive chairs, reinforcing the brand’s visual identity.

Wood slatted ceiling elements and soft lighting create a refined yet comfortable atmosphere for strategic discussions and presentations.

Informal Interaction Spaces

Casual seating areas and breakout zones are integrated throughout the office to encourage spontaneous discussions and relaxation during work hours. These spaces enhance workplace culture and improve collaboration across teams.
