Froot Coffee is envisioned as a premium American resto-café in the heart of Vytila, Kochi—designed to be more than just a dining destination. The project focuses on creating a warm, contemporary space where comfort, casual dining, and refined aesthetics come together to offer a memorable everyday café experience.
Design Concept
The core concept revolves around modern warmth with clean geometry. Natural wood finishes, soft green accents, and subtle curves are combined with minimal detailing to create a space that feels inviting yet sophisticated. The design balances an international café vibe with local sensibilities, ensuring familiarity without losing its premium character.
Spatial Planning & Zoning
Arrival & Entry Experience:
The entry opens into a visually connected dining area that immediately establishes warmth through lighting, material palette, and seating layout.
Service & Counter Zone:
The counter is designed as a functional and visual anchor. Clean-lined cabinetry, branded menu displays, and warm backlighting ensure clarity, efficiency, and strong brand presence.
Primary Dining Zone:
The main seating area is organized with a mix of two-top and four-top tables, allowing flexibility for individuals, families, and groups while maintaining comfortable circulation.
Banquette Seating Zone:
Continuous green upholstered banquette seating along the walls maximizes seating efficiency and creates a relaxed, café-style dining rhythm.
Feature Wall & Accent Zone:
Arched wall panels with integrated lighting act as key design highlights, adding depth and character while reinforcing the café’s identity.
Circulation & Transition Spaces:
Clear pathways between seating and counter areas ensure smooth customer movement and a clutter-free dining experience.
