Situated in the serene town of Malappuram, Kerala, FinFit Academy is a progressive educational institution dedicated to providing stock market training for young individuals. The design of the building embodies the academy’s central goal of establishing a vibrant and youth-oriented learning space with a professional, corporate vibe.

CBR aimed to craft a space that would inspire the young generation while promoting financial education. A vibrant, youth-friendly theme pervades the entire building, designed to energize and motivate learners. The design features open, flexible spaces, such as multi-discussion areas, allowing students to collaborate and engage in group learning.

The reception area is designed in a corporate-style, which exudes a sense of professionalism and purpose. The reception features a bull statue, symbolizing optimism and the upward trend in the market, a fitting metaphor for the academy’s focus on stock market education. The Corian finishes in reception, gives visitors a sense of sophistication.

To create a calming and natural ambience, stretch ceilings were used in the common spaces. The space includes a bespoke planter design with circular seating, enhancing the feeling of openness and bringing the feeling of natural light and nature into the interiors.

The meeting room is emphasized with a bold red theme, symbolizing focus and passion, while cool tones dominate the majority of the academy. This choice of warm tone provides a sharp contrast, highlighting the importance of meetings and decision-making within the institute. Acoustic comfort is ensured with acoustic panels and perforated laminate sheets, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional soundproofing throughout the building.

The seminar hall is designed with a minimalistic approach, featuring a collapsible glass door that connects to the conference room. This thoughtful design between spaces enables flexibility that allows the seminar hall to transform into a multipurpose space that can host larger events when needed.

There are recreational spaces that provide an escape from the intensity of study. A breakout space designed with a blue theme and neon lights creates a gaming atmosphere, giving students a place to relax and unwind. This area, complete with a logo wall behind the amphitheater, adds a youthful and dynamic touch, encouraging creativity and interaction.

Additionally, a private lounge is provided near the reception for informal meetings with clients, offering a more relaxed and intimate setting. This space is tailored to promote comfortable conversations, making it ideal for building business relationships or hosting small group discussions.

The pantry area is more than just a space for refreshments; it is a multifunctional space designed in an orange and blue color palette. The inclusion of colored cane furnishes contrasting beautifully with the modern finishes in the rest of the building. This space serves as a hub for casual conversations and quick breaks, bringing a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere to the academy.
